JNS I Bokaro: Aspiring Chartered Accountants (CAs) in Bokaro have reason to rejoice as they can now take their CA exams right in their own city. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to conduct the upcoming CA examinations in the month of November, with a newly added center in Bokaro.
The official schedule for these exams has been unveiled, marking a significant milestone for local students pursuing this prestigious profession.
The main CA examinations are scheduled to commence from 1 to 17 November. Additionally, the foundation-level exam will be held on December 24th, 26th, 28th, and 30th.
Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro in Sector-4 is the official center for this important national-level test this year and will continue to host these exams in the future as well.
CA Gaurav Murarka, the Coordinator representing ICAI in Bokaro, officially confirmed DPS Bokaro’s authorization as the examination center. During his visit to the school on Tuesday, he held discussions with Principal Dr. A.S. Gangwar to ensure the successful execution of the exams.
Before the pandemic era, local candidates faced the cumbersome task of travelling to Ranchi or Dhanbad to sit for these crucial exams, posing considerable logistical challenges. However, the post-pandemic period brought about a positive change, allowing candidates to take the exams in their own city.
Prior to DPS Bokaro, the exams were conducted at Sri Ayyappa Public School. Due to certain reasons, the venue was changed, and DPS Bokaro has stepped up to host this significant event.
Dr. Gangwar, the school’s Principal, emphasized the pivotal role of Chartered Accountants in the economic growth and development of the nation. He affirmed that the DPS Bokaro family is committed to leaving no stone unturned in providing convenient opportunities for local candidates to take their exams in their hometown, pledging full support and assistance.
ICAI Exam Coordinator CA Gaurav highlighted that the CA exams are conducted twice a year, in May and November, encompassing three levels: CA Foundation, CA Inter, and CA Final. Completing these examinations paves the path to becoming a Chartered Accountant, a coveted and respected profession in India.
