The association’s primary objective is to provide free self-defense training to students, ensuring that every youngster has the opportunity to learn karate.

They emphasize that karate is not just a sport but also a valuable form of self-defense and an excellent way to boost energy. They believe it is especially beneficial for girls, who should become proficient in this discipline.

President Mukesh Kumar announced plans to establish new committees in all districts of Jharkhand within three months.

General Secretary Singhan Khedu Gorain highlighted that many isolated karate trainers operate independently in various areas.

The association aims to unite these trainers and elevate the practice of karate in Jharkhand to a higher level. They stress that collective efforts and cooperation are essential to promote this sport from the state level to the global stage.

The association is actively preparing a strong Jharkhand team to represent the state at the Eastern India Karate Championship, scheduled to take place in Kolkata on January 20-21, 2024.

Additionally, they have plans to host karate tournaments in the near future as part of their ongoing efforts to promote the sport.
