JNS: The National Skill Development Corporation International (NSDC International) and edtech company PhysicsWallah (PW) have launched the Bharat Innovation Global Private Limited (BIG) initiative, aimed at transforming India into a global education hub. BIG focuses on aligning education with industry demands, offering flexible, technology-driven learning pathways to bridge the gap between academics and employability.
Targeting a wide range of audiences, BIG begins with skill training for students in classes 11 and 12, preparing them for industry-relevant careers early on. The initiative extends to Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), Polytechnic learners, university students, and working professionals, as well as government employees to upskill them for modern governance.
Aligned with UGC guidelines for online courses and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020’s focus on flexible education, BIG aims to enhance the employability of learners and provide essential skills for the future job market.

BIG utilizes digital education, integrating AI-driven career guidance, gamification, adaptive learning tools, and secure learning management platforms to provide scalable and personalized education, ensuring learners can access industry-relevant content.
