JNS I Bokaro: Gyan-Vigyan fair was inaugurated at Chinmaya Vidyalaya on Saturday. On this occasion, Chinmaya Mission Bokaro’s residential Acharya Swamini Sanyuktananda, School Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, Treasurer RN Mallick, and Principal Ashok Jha inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp; all the dignitaries were welcomed with a bouquet.
In the Gyan-Vigyan Mela, 108 projects were displayed by the students of classes Nursery to 9th and 11th on 09 different subjects based on Jharkhand state. The projects include the traditional dress of Jharkhand, songs, music, and dances of Jharkhand. The Virtual Gyan- Vigyan Fair was successfully organized along with food and the state’s geographical location, scientific achievement, cultural history, trade and commerce, and other subject. The virtual Gyan- Vigyan Fair was successfully organized.
The Chief Guest, School Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, said that small children are the future of the country; their thinking is unprecedented. They are performing well in every field. He said that we are changing very fast in this era compared to our time.
Speaking on the occasion, Tripathi explained the importance of knowledge and science to the children through true and inspirational incidents of his life.
Apart from book education, there is also a need to nurture children’s talents through other activities. In this sequence, Gyan-Vigyan Mela provides an excellent platform for classes from nursery to eleventh. Due to this, they get an opportunity to display their knowledge through an exhibition. School students have suffered a lot due to Corona. Despite this, it is our endeavor that we give the children a chance to enhance their curiosity and information through the project.
Narmendra Kumar, Vraj Mohan Lal Das, Gopal Chandra Munshi, Rashmi Singh and Kavita Singha were present on this occasion. School’s biology teacher Devjyoti Boral welcomed all the visitors, and at the end of the program, Shawal Gupta gave a vote of thanks. Rashmi Shukla conducted the program. Devjyoti Boral, Shawal Gupta, Sonali Gupta, Rakesh Pandey, Subrata Gupta, Priya Rajeev, and Deepti Pareek played an important role in making the Gyan Vigyan Mela a success.
