BCCI Rewards Team India with Rs 58 Crore Following ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Victory

New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced a substantial cash reward of ₹58 crore for Team India after their impressive victory in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. This reward is aimed at acknowledging the exceptional performances of the players, coaching and support staff, as well as the Men’s Selection Committee.

Under the leadership of Rohit Sharma, India maintained an undefeated record throughout the tournament, culminating in a thrilling 4-wicket win over New Zealand in the final on March 9 in Dubai.

BCCI President Roger Binny expressed his pride in the team, emphasizing that winning back-to-back ICC titles is a remarkable achievement. He stated that the reward serves as recognition of the team’s dedication and excellence on the global stage.

Meanwhile, BCCI Vice-President Rajeev Shukla highlighted the strength of Indian cricket, noting that the team’s success is built on a solid foundation of skill, mental resilience, and a winning mindset.
