Ranchi: CCL has been recognized with several prestigious corporate awards during a ceremony held at Coal India Limited/Central Coalfields Limited in honor of its 50th Foundation Day. The company secured the 2nd prize in categories including Highest Departmental Capacity Utilization, Employee Welfare, and CSR & Cleanliness of Colony Maintenance and CSR Expenditure.
In addition to CCL’s accolades, individual awards were presented to several distinguished employees. Bimal Kumar received the Vigilance Excellence Award, while S.K. Singh was honoured with the Individual Excellence Award.
The Best HOD Award was given to Ajay Singh, who also took home the title of Best Area GM.
The event was graced by prominent dignitaries, including Union Minister of Coal & Mines, G. Kishan Reddy; Secretary of the Ministry of Coal, Vikram Dev Dutt; and other senior officials from the Ministry of Coal, as well as the Chairman of Coal India, P.M. Prasad, and CCL’s CMD, NK Singh.
The gathering also included directors from various sectors and CMDs of other companies under the Coal India umbrella.
