CCL Vigilance Department Holds Training on ‘Charge Sheet Drafting’

Ranchi: The Vigilance Department of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a training session today on “Drafting of Charge Sheet,” aimed at enhancing the skills of Vigilance Officers from CCL, CMPDI, and NCL.

Former Director (Personnel) of MCL, L.N. Mishra, served as the Chief Guest and led the session, sharing practical insights and procedures related to charge sheet preparation. A total of 37 officers participated in the program, gaining knowledge about legal provisions, procedures, and their significance in charge sheet preparation.

CCL’s Chief Vigilance Officer, Pankaj Kumar, emphasised the importance of charge sheets in ensuring fair and transparent disciplinary actions. He stated that expertise in this area would improve transparency and accountability in the organization.

The training also included interactive sessions, where participants addressed their concerns and gained clarity on key aspects of the process. The session was deemed highly beneficial for the officers, offering valuable guidance to enhance their work efficiency and transparency.
