Chinmaya Vidyalaya’s Project Wins First Place at Divisional Level, Selected for State Competition

Bokaro: Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Bokaro hosted a special prayer meeting today to honor students Avyan Narayan Kashyap, Keshav Agarwal, and Nehal Sharma for their exceptional achievement at the divisional level of the National Fair 2024, organized by the Hazaribagh District Sports Department. The trio secured first place with their innovative project, which utilizes Artificial Intelligence to assist Indian farmers.

The project is designed to help farmers by detecting animals and birds approaching fields and driving them away without causing harm. It also features a soil quality sensor, offering valuable insights for better crop management. The project’s potential to support sustainable farming practices was highlighted during the meeting.

During the event, Principal Suraj Sharma congratulated the students, praising their creativity and dedication. “This project demonstrates the real-world impact of blending technology with agriculture, and we are proud to support such talent,” he said. He also emphasized the school’s commitment to nurturing both academic excellence and practical innovations.

The students’ achievement has earned them a spot in the state-level competition. They were also lauded by Residential Acharya Swamini Samyuktanand Saraswati, School Management Chairman Vishwarup Mukhopadhyay, Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, and Vice Principal Narmendra Kumar, who wished them continued success in their future endeavors.

The project, guided by teachers Shubham Kumar Gupta and Shreya Gupta, has not only brought recognition to the students but also showcased Chinmaya Vidyalaya’s dedication to fostering creativity and innovation among its students.
