New Delhi: Tomorrow marks a significant day as the ballots cast in the Lok Sabha elections will be tallied.
The counting of votes for the Lok Sabha elections will take place tomorrow. The same day will also see the counting of votes for bye-elections to Assembly Constituencies as well as the Assembly polls in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. The counting process will commence at 8 AM.
All 543 seats in the Lok Sabha were contested in seven rounds of general elections, which took place from 19 April to 1, 2024. The Election Commission has announced that the results will be revealed after all the votes are tallied.
The latest counting trends and results will be available on the Voter Helpline App and the ECI Website (results.eci.gov.in).
The Voter Helpline app is accessible to anyone using an Android or iOS device, available for download from their respective app stores. Additionally, the Commission’s website features a manual for counting agents and Returning Officers.
The Election Commission also noted that all necessary instructions for the counting process, including the storage of electronic voting machines (EVMs) and VVPATs, are posted on their website.
