The meet was graced by former teachers of the 1991 batch, including Arunjee, Dr. S. S. Mahapatra, and Sheela Roy, whose presence added a personal touch to the gathering. Alumni from across the country attended, sharing fond memories and rekindling their connections with classmates.

The day began with a traditional welcome, as alumni were greeted with tilak and rose buds.

A ceremonial lamp lighting and a soulful rendition of a welcome song set a nostalgic tone, followed by the school song that filled the air with emotion. The event continued with an energetic orchestra and a lively dance performance, which energized the alumni and brought back memories of their school days. Sports activities also added to the fun, transporting the participants back to their childhood.

Dr. A. S. Gangwar, Principal of DPS Bokaro, addressed the gathering with a warm welcome and shared insights into the school’s recent developments, including upgrades to infrastructure and student welfare initiatives. He encouraged the alumni to take an active role in guiding the current generation, helping shape a better future for society, the nation, and the world.
