Bokaro : Bokaro District Swimming Association will be organising a trial cum Selection Camp for talented swimmers opened for college, school or any club of the district on 23rd June at DPS Bokaro swimming pool starting from 6:00 AM.
The selected cadets will represent the district in the 14th Jharkhand State Senior Swimming Championship 2024 to be held at JRD Sports Complex, Jamshedpur on 29th June. This information was given by the President of Bokaro District Swimming Association cum DPS Bokaro Principal Dr. A. S. Gangwar today.
The selection trial will be held in Open Category (Men and Women) for various events which includes Free Style, Back Stroke, Breast Stroke, Butterfly Stroke, Individual Medley, Freestyle Relay and Medley Relay.
Those interested in coming for the selection trial will have to furnish their identity along with their local address proof and have been asked to come with their swimming costumes.
The selected swimmers will join the Jharkhand Swimming team to represent the state in the 77th Glenmark Senior National Swimming Championship 2024 organized by the Swimming Federation of India to be held in September 2024.
