DPS Chas holds workshop to promote Integrity & Ethics among teachers

JNS: Aiming to equip teachers with the necessary skills and knowledge to make ethical decisions and act with integrity in their professional lives DPS Chas organised a workshop for the teachers on Integrity and Ethics at school.

The Integrity and Ethics for Teachers workshop foster ethical behaviour in teachers.

Understanding ethics and integrity in the teaching profession, ethical decision-making, professional conduct and behaviour, conflict of interest, and reporting unethical behaviour were among the subjects covered throughout the program.

Teachers participated in various activities designed to foster active learning and discussion throughout the program. They participated in role-playing exercises, examined case studies, and worked as role models in groups.

Dr. Hemlata S Mohan, Chief Mentor of DPS Chas, Bokaro, stated that establishing an ethical culture in schools is critical, and this initiative is a step in the correct direction. Teachers have an essential role in creating our society’s future and must operate with integrity and ethical behaviour.

Deepali Bhuskute, Principal of DPS Chas, Bokaro, acknowledged the distinguished guest and stated that the workshop on “The Integrity and Ethics” for Teachers is an effective program that has helped to improve ethical behaviour and integrity in the teaching profession.

Suresh Agarwal, Secretary D S Memorial of DPS Chas, Bokaro, offered his warmest greetings to the workshop participants.
