DPS Chas Organizes Orientation Program for Class-XI  Students

JNS: The transition from high school to intermediate education can overwhelm students. The orientation program was organized to counsel the students to cope with the challenges of transitioning to senior secondary education. Through this program, students learnt the importance of discipline and goal setting which are essential skills for success in any field.
Chief Mentor of DPS Chas, Dr Hemlata S. Mohan, emphasized the importance of discipline in achieving one’s goals. She advised students to follow a strict daily routine, including the appropriate time for sleeping, studying, playing, and socializing with friends. Ma’am also urged students to control their senses and avoid being influenced by short-term desires, which can distract them from their long-term goals.
With welcoming words Officiating Principal of DPS Chas, Deepali Bhuskute discussed with the students how to improve their self-image and self-confidence and help them recognize their abilities, remove obstacles and solve problems in their lives.
