Dr. Hemlata S. Mohan the Director and Principal of Delhi Public School Bokaro is now bestowed with an added fresh responsibility; she is appointed a member of the Advisory Panel of CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification), Kolkata by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
CBFC is a statutory classification and censorship body tasked with the responsibility of regulating the public exhibition of films under the provision of Cinematograph Act of 1952. It is one of the most powerful film censor Boards in the world due to its strict ways of functioning. Started in 1952 its Headquarters is in Mumbai.
DPS Bokaro family expressed their awe and the team comprising the Vice Principal, Headmistresses, Headmaster, Teachers and Students did the honours. Humbled by the felicitation, Dr. Mohan expressed her gratitude to the members and shared her conviction that students have been an eternal source of inspiration.
