DVC-CTPS Honors Swachhta Pakhwada Participants

Chandrapura: Today, senior officials of Damodar Valley Corporation’s Chandrapura Thermal Power Station (DVC-CTPS) honored participants of Swachhta Pakhwada, a fortnight dedicated to cleanliness, by presenting them with gifts.

Senior General Manager and Project Head Manoj Kumar Thakur praised the winners and participants, encouraging them to maintain cleanliness through personal effort and initiative.

He emphasized the importance of Shramdaan (voluntary labor) for cleanliness and urged everyone to manage electrical and electronic waste responsibly, highlighting its impact on the home, society, and country.

Senior General Manager Rampravesh Sah appealed to attendees to use reusable bags instead of plastic polythene and to remain vigilant about cleanliness.

The event was attended by General Manager Avijit Ghosh, Deputy General Manager Dilip Kumar, Manager Parvind Kumar, Ravindra Kumar, Akshay Kumar, Saryu Ravidas, Amulya Singh Sardar, and others. Participants honored for their contributions to various cleanliness programs included Kartik Kumar Mahato, Suman Kumar, Ramji Rajak, Nikku Kumari, Riya Gorai, Pratima Kumari, Neha Kumari, Sonam Kumari, Kareena Kumari, Ghazala Parveen, Tanya Kumari, Ritu Kumari, Anchal Kumari, Kajal Kumari, Anandi Kumari, Deepika Kumari, Khushi Kumari, and others.
