Grand Celebration of Parshuram Jayanti in Chas

Bokaro: The Swami Sahajanand Saraswati Seva Samaj, in association with Brahmarshi Samaj, celebrated the birth anniversary of Lord Parshuram with grandeur at the Magadh Complex auditorium in Chas. The event was presided over by Arun Kumar Sharma and conducted by Abhay Kumar Munna. The celebration began with a floral tribute to Lord Parshuram’s portrait.

Renowned scholar and former international VHP vice-president Jagannath Shahi delivered the keynote address, recounting Lord Parshuram’s life as the sixth incarnation of Vishnu, a warrior-saint born in the Bhaargava clan to Rishi Jamadagni and Renuka. Shahi highlighted Parshuram’s valor, spiritual discipline, and his fight against injustice, stating his example remains relevant for national and societal service today.

Dr. T.P. Singh, Central President of the Seva Samaj, emphasized pride in the Rishi heritage and the continued role of the Samaj in fields like education, healthcare, and business. General Secretary Umashankar Prasad Singh clarified misconceptions about Parshuram, asserting that he only eliminated tyrannical rulers, not all Kshatriyas.

Speakers including Banke Bihari Singh, Dr. Narendra Kumar Rai, Hare Ram Mishra, and others from the Brahmarshi community echoed the importance of Lord Parshuram’s legacy in promoting knowledge, valor, and social harmony.

The event saw participation from hundreds of attendees including Sunil Singh, Subodh Kumar Singh, Jaishankar Singh, Balkrishna Murari, Jitendra Prasad Singh, Bharat Sharma, Rajkumar Singh, Ramkumar, Bullet Kumar, Ajit Maurya, Jaiprakash Sharma, Sanjay Rai, Ajit Thakur, Sushil Kumar, Ranjeet Kumar, Suman Singh, Vipin Thakur, Randhir Kumar, N.K. of Swami Sahajanand Saraswati Seva Samaj and Brahmarshi Parivar participated in today’s program. Hundreds of people including Rai, Naveen Kumar, Ram Murti Choubey, Subhash Kumar Singh, Ram Pravesh Singh, Anil Kumar, Ramadhar Singh, Siyaram Sharma, Sanjay Kumar, Arvind Thakur, Dharmendra Sharma, Chitranjan Prasad Sharma, Madan Prasad Singh, Rajiv Kumar, Naveen Kumar with prominent community members participated in the Lord Parshuram birth anniversary program.
