Dhanbad: IIT-ISM Dhanbad is proud to announce that its alumnus, Shri Ashish Narayan (B.Tech, 1993-97), has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Wipro’s Microsoft Innovation Hub.
A seasoned leader in technology, Narayan has made significant contributions to cloud computing and digital transformation. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Architect for Cloud Migration and Modernization at Wipro, driving multi-cloud adoption, General AI, GreenOps, and the well-architected framework. He also led Wipro’s Cloud Studio platform and Cloud Special Interest Group (SIG).
Narayan’s career includes key roles at Tata Steel, Provillage Softwares, eSpark Infotech, HCL Technologies, Oracle, Wipro, and Wells Fargo. He rejoined Wipro in 2021, continuing his impactful journey in technology.
Throughout his career, Narayan has earned recognition, including being a finalist for the Wipro Applied Innovation Awards and winning multiple awards for excellence in architecture and QA transition.
