Mithila Sanskritik Parishad Gets New Executive Body, JP Chaudhary Appointed President

Bokaro: Mithila Sanskritik Parishad, a prominent institution in Bokaro dedicated to promoting Mithila and Maithili culture, has formed a new executive committee. The announcement was made during a general meeting held at the Vidyapati Auditorium of Mithila Academy Public School, Sector 4, on Sunday.

The meeting, chaired by Rajendra Kumar, saw unanimous approval of the new committee, prepared by General Secretary Neeraj Chaudhary under the guidance of council dignitaries. Senior Income Tax officer JP Chaudhary was appointed president amidst widespread applause.

The new team includes Samarendra Jha and Dilip Kumar Jha as Vice Presidents, Neeraj Chaudhary as General Secretary, Mihir Mohan Thakur as Finance Secretary, and several others in key roles, including cultural and financial secretaries.

Additionally, a five-member board of directors was formed to oversee the smooth functioning of the council and its affiliated Mithila Academy Public School. The meeting also led to the dissolution of the previously formed financial investigation committee and declared all prior council WhatsApp groups as invalid, with a new authorized group to be managed by the General Secretary.

In his address, newly appointed president JP Chaudhary expressed his commitment to advancing the council’s legacy and working with the team to achieve new heights in cultural and educational initiatives for Bokaro. The meeting ended on a positive note, with a vote of thanks presented by General Secretary Neeraj Chaudhary. The new executive committee plans to outline future programs in their next meeting.
