Ranchi: The two-day NIPM Eastern Region Conference concluded today at CCL Headquarters, Ranchi on Saturday. The event focused on the theme “Future of Work: Redefining HR for a Prosperous India,” exploring trends, challenges, and opportunities in human resources to support India’s sustainable growth.
Inaugurated by Rabindranath Mahato, Speaker of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, the conference featured speeches from key figures, including CCL CMD Nilendu Kumar Singh and CIL Director Vinay Ranjan.
Attended by HR professionals, business leaders, and scholars, the event offered technical sessions on employee wellness, skill development, AI, automation, and analytics in HR. Cultural programs were also held, contributing to the conference’s success in fostering meaningful discussions on the future of HR.
