JNS: In a recent update, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced that Chandrayaan-3’s Pragyan Rover has successfully captured an image of the Vikram Lander situated on the lunar surface.
The ISRO shared this noteworthy achievement on Wednesday, revealing that the Pragyan Rover accomplished this feat earlier in the day.
“Pragyan Rover clicked an image of Vikram Lander this morning,” ISRO posted on X, giving more details about the Lunar Mission. “The ‘image of the mission’ was taken by the Navigation Camera onboard the Rover (NavCam),” the space agency said.
“NavCams for the Chandrayaan-3 Mission is developed by the Laboratory for Electro-Optics Systems (LEOS),” it said.
